"CAVEAT SEEKS INTERVENOR STATUS IN BC PORNOGRAPHY RULING"

CAVEAT (Canadians Against Violence), in association with the Canadian Police Association and the Victims' Resource Centre, is seeking intervenor status in the BC government's appeal of a court ruling that possessing child pornography is not illegal.

As a national, grassroots organization committed to public safety, CAVEAT will bring a unique perspective to the courts which will not only address the vulnerabilities of child victims but will provide the community with a voice.
