News Release - Aug. 21, 1996. RE: CAVEAT Youth Awards to Honour Youth Fighting Violence. Burlington, Ontario CAVEAT (Canadians Against Violence Everywhere Advocating its Termination) is looking for young people across Canada who are doing something to reduce violence in the community. The organization is asking for nominations for its youth awards. Nominees should be between 10 and 19 years of age and have demonstrated a dedication to the prevention and elimination of violence.
