Re: Section 745 Press Conferences Organized by CAVEAT VICTIMS GROUPS UNITE TO DEMAND 'LIFE MEANS LIFE' BURLINGTON, Ontario, November 30, 1995 Clifford Olson, Daniel Gingras and Paul Bernardo ALL have an automatic RIGHT to apply for early release after serving only fifteen years of their life sentences. Victims and victims groups will be holding simultaneous press conferences across Canada on Thursday, November 30, 1995 to demand that the Federal Government take the next step in repealing s. 745 of the Criminal Code. Police will be attending in support of the victims and the repeal of Section 745.
